Revive Packs
Packs sold on the revive.apidura.com site are not ‘new’. The origins of ‘Revive’ products vary, which means there is some variation in the asthetics of these packs. By purchasing from revive.apidura.com you understand this and that the pack will be functional, but may not be aesthetically equivalent to new counterparts. Details on what you can expect from purchasing a ‘sample’, ‘refurbished’ or ‘repaired’ pack can be found at revive.apidura.com/shop.
Right of Cancellation and Refunds
The UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) provide customers with the right to cancel their order within certain timescales. This cancellation period ends on the expiry of a 14-day period, starting with the day after the consumer receives the goods.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] with the details of your cancellation, or call us on +44 (0)20 8064 0596. There’s no need to provide a reason for a cancellation.
If you’ve already received the products, please repackage them carefully and send them to a return address that will be provided when you register your cancellation request with Customer Service. Until you’ve returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.
Once we’ve received and checked that the returned items are in a re-saleable condition, we’ll refund the purchase price, excluding any delivery costs incurred by us in fulfilling your order and excluding any costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We’re careful to ensure that the goods you receive are correct and arrive in the specified condition. If you’ve received damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, please contact us within three working days of receiving your order. You can email us at [email protected] or call us on +44 (0)20 8064 0596 — we’ll require the details of your order and information regarding the query.
Afterwards, we’ll either replace the goods or arrange a refund, as appropriate. We’ll also pay your return postage costs, and provide instructions for you to return the goods to us.
Please note that you’ll need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office for us to be able to refund your postage costs. For all returned goods, we recommend using a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery, as you’re responsible for the goods until they’re back in our possession.
Warranty

Should any flaw appear due to defective materials, a repair we’ve made or craftsmanship, we’ll gladly repair or replace the product. If we determine the damage to be the result of normal wear and tear, abuse or accident, or exceeding reasonable expectations of the lifespan of the product, repairs will be made at a reasonable cost.
We proudly stand behind this guarantee, as it offers us the chance to see the effects of real user wear on our gear. For more information about our warranty policy at Apidura.com
